These terms and conditions govern your use of the CASH ZA website and the services we offer through it. By browsing the site, using the loan estimate tool, or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.Who can use CASH ZA
To use our services, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be a resident of South Africa.
Meet our eligibility and affordability requirements.
3.Estimates are not offers
Any figure shown on this site, including results from the loan estimate tool, is illustrative only. It is not an offer, quote or approval of any kind, and it does not guarantee that you will qualify for a loan. A real offer is only ever made in writing, after we have verified your identity and completed the required affordability checks.
4.Applying for a loan
When you apply, you'll complete an online form and provide information about yourself and your finances. You must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information at every step. Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will approve or offer you a loan.
5.Costs and repayment
Where a loan is offered, a once-off initiation fee, interest and a monthly service fee may apply. All costs are shown clearly in your written offer before you accept it, so you can see exactly what the loan will cost and what you'll repay. [ Specific pricing — to be confirmed. ]
6.If you miss a payment
If you're unable to make a repayment on time, contact us as soon as possible — the sooner we know, the more options we can look at with you. Missing payments may affect your credit record and could be reported to a registered credit bureau. Where you fall into default, we'll follow the process set out in the National Credit Act, including any required notices, before taking further steps. [ Specific late-payment fees, interest and collection process — to be confirmed with legal advisor. ]
7.Your responsibilities
If you take out a loan with us, you agree to:
Repay the loan on time, in line with the terms of your written offer.
Keep your personal and contact details up to date.
Protect your login details and never share them with anyone.
8.How to cancel
You have the right to cancel your credit agreement within the cooling-off period set out in the National Credit Act, by giving us written notice. Cancelling doesn't necessarily mean you owe nothing — you may still need to settle any amount already advanced to you, plus interest and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, as the Act allows. To cancel, contact us through our contact page. [ Cooling-off period length and cancellation process — to be confirmed with legal advisor. ]
9.Responsible lending
We are committed to lending responsibly. If, after our checks, we believe a loan would not be affordable for you, we may decline your application or offer a different amount or term.
10.Our liability
We aim to provide accurate, reliable information and services, but the site and its tools are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with your use of the site is limited as set out in your written offer and applicable law. [ To be confirmed with legal. ]
